As a qualified banker, Mr. Jürg Grob has profound business management knowledge, especially in finance and accounting and auditing.
After graduating with a degree in Business Information Technology, he specialised in the development of IT solutions for occupational pensions in the European market. In recent years he has worked for various international projects on the implementation of technical objectives for financial service providers.
As a result of his educational background and many years of practical experience, his current focus is on process optimisation, automation and digitisation as well as in finance and accounting.

Christine Wehrle
HR & Payroll Specialist
Ms Christine Wehrle has long standing experience and in-depth knowledge of the entire HR spectrum, especially in personnel and payroll administration. She has worked as HR manager for several companies in various industries, most recently in a well-known IT consulting company.
A few years ago, she took over the role of labour leasing and placing responsible representing At Work AG, an HR service provider, with the Cantonal and State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (“AWA” and “SECO”).
With the merger of Polygate AG and At Work AG, she now serves in this function for Polygate AG. Ms. Wehrle is responsible for all questions regarding personnel and payroll administration as well as recruiting for labour leasing.
